It is delightful to see the names of registrants for all levels of The Practice of Living Awareness, old names and new ones. Excitement is in the air to be meditating together again. We begin Monday, January 26 at 9 am ET with the Entry level. Tuesday is Intermediate, and Saturday is the Generative Stage.

Also, the world needs YOU! The Sunday World Service meditation is your time to meditatively give back to Mother Earth. Join us for that every Sunday. Register.

Registration is necessary to join the live meditations. If the podcasts serve you best (due to when you will be meditating), then no registration is necessary.
